What “ENDLESS LOVE” Means To Me, A Widow & Momma

When I heard this was movie themes week, I prayed Danny would sing “Endless Love.”(I knew the chance was slim with such a variety) When he sang it…. It was like a hug from heaven to me.

I am 28. I had my daughter on 1/30/01, my husband bought me a Valentine’s day card that played “Endless Love” when you open it, He died April 8, 2001 of AML Leukemia. And that song and card mean everything to me. I am still unmarried and a loving , mother of a now 8 yr old daughter. And I can’t imagine the pain and emotions he felt bringing that song to life for us. It meant everything to me and was like my hug from heaven. Because, I know my husband is in heaven and our love is endless, like the song and card he bought me.
