Jennifer Hudson to Perform at the White House
Superstar and formal Idol finalist Jennifer Hudson will perform at the White House on February 10, 2010. She will be singing at the Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement event, which focuses on music that captures the struggles of the Civil Rights Movement. February is Black History Month, and President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will host the concert in the White Houses East Room.
Jennifer has been very busy lately. In December, her Ill Be Home For Christmas Special aired. She is currently working on her sophomore album and is also a new mom to David Daniel Otunga, Jr. Last month, Billboard released their Decade End and Year End charts, and Jennifers name appeared on both lists.
Jennifers style has changed since she first appeared on American Idol. View photos of Jennifer and the Season 3 contestants here.
